POSITION SUMMARY
Material Handlers are responsible for picking, putaway, and replenishing finished goods (STOs) and raw materials for the technical shelves in Building 1, as well as the drums located in the Mushroom Area. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean and clutter-free work area.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be able to operate all types of forklift trucks Stage materials for production and storage Apply proper labels to all materials (barcode, storage, handling, etc.) Transfer approved materials to designated bin locations in the warehouse using SAP Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory Basic computer skills (SAP, Excel, Email) Basic understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Perform additional duties as assigned Maintain 5S standards and a clean work environment
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required Basic computer skills Basic DOT training preferred Preferred 1 year of warehouse or similar experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to operate a forklift and pass forklift certification
SALARY RANGE
$19.00 to $28.32 hourly. Compensation for this role is negotiable based on experience and skill set.
