This role is well-suited for individuals who prioritize workplace safety, are physically capable, and can thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload cargo, materials, and equipment from trucks and trailers Transport, stack, and arrange items efficiently within loading docks and storage facilities Secure shipments properly to ensure safe transit and prevent damage Verify shipments for accuracy and check for any visible defects or issues Use basic equipment such as pallet jacks (forklift experience is a plus) Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures Keep workspaces clean, organized, and hazard-free Support drivers and warehouse personnel as needed

Requirements:

Ability to lift and handle heavy loads (up to 50-75 lbs) Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic Capability to work in different weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team Previous experience in warehouse operations, loading, or general labor is an advantage but not required Willingness to follow directions and comply with safety standards
