In this role, you will be responsible for handling returned goods, ensuring efficient processing, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth flow of inventory management, supporting overall warehouse productivity. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse distribution, heavy equipment operation, and materials handling within a fast-paced setting. Duties Receive, inspect, and process returned items accurately, ensuring proper documentation and condition assessment Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and order picking tasks to maintain precise stock levels Assist in organizing warehouse space by stacking pallets, sorting returns, and preparing items for resale or disposal Support shipping and receiving operations by coordinating the movement of goods in compliance with OSHA safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure a safe working environment for all team members Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse distribution or warehouse operations is highly preferred Familiarity with order picker, pallet jack, and crane operation required Strong understanding of inventory management systems and materials handling procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently Experience with RF scanners and basic math skills for accurate inventory counts and order processing Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and commitment to following safety protocols at all times Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with shipping & receiving processes is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Join our team today to be part of an energetic workplace where your contributions make a real impact!
