Job Description

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, loading/unloading trucks, pallet building, and general facility maintenance. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations through accurate inventory handling, safe equipment use, and efficient order processing. A valid Class C Driver's License is required , as this position includes occasional part-time driving duties to cover employee absences.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and scan incoming packages and materials. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Prepare, build, and wrap pallets for outgoing shipments. Operate warehouse equipment including electric pallet jack and forklift. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with warehouse, office, and building maintenance as needed. Support shipping documentation and inventory control processes. Serve as a part-time driver when needed to cover absences and deliveries.
Qualifications:
Class C Driver's License is required (must be valid and in good standing). Clean driving record. Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Ability to operate a forklift and electric pallet jack (certification a plus). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
