Depot Support Technician:
- Unpack, inspect, and repack customer devices
- Perform visual inspections for damage or defects
- Organize and track repair, trade-in, and warranty inventory
- Support staging and inventory preparation based on business demand
- Maintain accurate inventory records and product movement tracking
- Assist leadership and operations teams with special projects and support tasks Qualifications for the Warehouse Associate /
Depot Support Technician:
- Prior warehouse, inventory, shipping, or operations experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
