Job Description

The Impact You'll Make As a 1st Shift Production Associate in our warehouse , you play a vital role in keeping our operations moving and our customers satisfied. Your work ensures that materials flow efficiently through the plant—supporting production, quality, and on-time delivery. This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute to a safe, organized, and high-performing environment. What You'll Be Doing Support daily warehouse operations by unloading trucks, receiving materials, picking parts, and delivering components to production areas Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, tuggers, hand trucks) safely and efficiently after training and certification Maintain accuracy and flow by scanning materials, monitoring inventory, refilling Kanban bins, and reporting shortages Meet quality and productivity goals while following safety guidelines and keeping work areas clean and organized Collaborate with your team and rotate across workstations to support production needs and continuous improvement What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED , and at least 18 years of age Basic computer skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English Ability to work in an active environment , including standing for extended periods and frequently lifting up to 30 lbs Foundational experience in warehouse, production, or material handling is a plus, but not required What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. The US base hourly range for this full-time position is $16.00- $19.00 + bonus + benefits. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including role-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
