Temp-to-Hire Position Summary The Production Associate plays a key role in the manufacturing process by assisting with the production, inspection, packaging, and movement of concrete products. Team members will work in a fast-paced industrial environment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. No experience required. Training will be provided! Key Responsibilities Assist in the manufacturing and production of concrete products. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Remove defective products and report quality concerns to supervisors. Stack, sort, label, and prepare products for storage or shipment. Safely operate hand tools and production equipment as trained. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements. Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals. Perform general labor duties as assigned. Qualifications No manufacturing experience required. Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have steel-toe boots. Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
