Schedule:
2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 11:30 AM - 8:00
PM Overtime:
Available before the start of shift based on business needs

90-Day Contract-to-Hire Opportunity HKA Enterprises is seeking experienced Warehouse Associates with Reach Truck and Cherry Picker experience for a long-term career opportunity in Minooka, IL. This is a 90-day contract-to-hire position designed for candidates who are looking for a permanent opportunity. We are not seeking temporary employees. The goal of this position is to transition successful associates into a permanent role based on performance, attendance, safety, and business needs. Candidates who demonstrate strong warehouse skills, reliability, and a commitment to quality will have the opportunity to build a long-term career. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience operating Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. Candidates should have a strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory movement, order fulfillment, and safe material handling practices.
