Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse operations environment. The ideal candidates will be responsible for various tasks that support the distribution or retail environment. This role involves safely and efficiently loading and unloading products, rewrapping and inspecting merchandise, lining up and organizing products, handling recycling materials, packing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and equipment. Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or distribution environments is a plus. Job Details

$16.00 - $17.00/hour Duties Load and unload trailers manually and using dollies or motorized equipment. Responsible for making boxes, packaging merchandise, labeling, filling, and checking items to complete all customer orders Unbox, unwrap, and inspect furniture items for damage or defects. Review the delivery manifest to identify and locate assigned furniture pieces. Sweep and clean aisles, walkways, and work areas on the production floor. Collect and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and other recyclable materials into designated compactors or bins. Build stable pallets of merchandise and stage unloaded products for distribution. Communicate issues with merchandise or equipment to the supervisor promptly. Maintain cleanliness and perform general housekeeping, including disposal of boxes, packing materials, and pallets. Rotate through different departments as necessary to meet business demands. Participate in ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems relevant to the position. Perform tasks assigned by leadership to meet daily productivity and quality goals. Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company policies for loss prevention, security, and safety. Support team objectives and complete related tasks as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. Good verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
