Job Description
Job Overview This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with opportunities for overtime. The Warehouse Worker will support daily operations including packaging refrigerant products, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities Package finished goods for shipment in accordance with safety and quality standards Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers Perform basic inventory tasks, including counts and product checks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work with team members to ensure efficient daily operations Requirements Experience operating forklifts preferred Ability to lift 35-50 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Reliable transportation to New Berlin, IL Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience 401(k) with company match and profit-sharing program Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off
