In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient warehouse processes. Your proactive approach will help us maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments using shipping & receiving protocols and warehouse management systems Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision using RF scanners, order pickers, and pallet jacks Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP platforms Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and pallet jacks while adhering to safety guidelines and trade compliance standards Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock rotation Assist with packaging products securely for shipment, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations when applicable Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas, stocking shelves, and managing order fulfillment processes Requirements Proven experience working in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in warehouse management systems and inventory management software Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and warehouse distribution procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry, reporting, and communication purposes Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment such as trade compliance tools or AS400 systems Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and supporting logistics workflows Customer service mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in warehousing while making a tangible impact on our supply chain excellence.
