We distribute domestic, craft, and import beers and ciders in addition to a growing portfolio of beverages in the Chicago suburbs and in the Bloomington-Normal area. What You'll Be Doing Learn and manage multiple product scan codes (SKUs) to ensure correct product selection Build and stage pallets for delivery, ensuring stability and accuracy Load delivery trucks safely and efficiently based on route requirements Verify product quantities and accuracy before loading Maintain a clean, organized work area for safe and efficient operations Work as part of a team to meet daily picking and loading goals Stay active throughout your shift with continuous movement and physical work What You Bring Ability to learn and recognize multiple product codes and warehouse locations Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy Ability to lift, carry, push/pull, and stay on your feet for extended periods 1+ years of forklift experience preferred Experience with pallet jacks or electric lifts is a plus Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work 10-hour shifts performing physically demanding tasks Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Benefits & Perks Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability Life, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Contribution Paid Holidays Off Family-owned culture built on teamwork and respect If you like to move, stay busy, and be part of a solid team—you'll fit right in.
