Job Description

Immediate, full-time openings available for pallet repair / recycling positions. Apply today, start tomorrow! Great company to work for! Good pay and excellent benefits! Production incentives, bonuses and perks. Immediate openings in our large manufacturing warehouse facility. Responsible for refurbishing broken pallets and repairing them for sale. All openings are on the 1st shift (6:30 am to 3:00 pm), Monday through Friday. Full 40 hour work week. No prior experience necessary
  • will provide on the job training.
Hourly pay is $17.00, plus production bonuses. We offer an excellent benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, legal services, voluntary life, 401k, profit sharing, paid holiday, paid vacation and production bonuses.
Duties include:
  • Accurately inspect and sort pallets, based on quality and grade.
  • Inspect and determine level of repair needed, following established criteria.
  • Repair pallets by proper processes and procedures, using tools and materials provided.
  • Strictly adhere to all safety rules, and company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain clean and debris-free work area at all times.
  • Any other tasks assigned by operations.
Skills needed:
  • Must be able to use a tape measure.
  • Must be able to effectively work within a diverse team environment.
  • Basic math and ability to read a tape measure.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, production based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
This is a production-based position, so you must be able to effectively meet minimum production and quality requirements. Interview meetings are held weekly. Email to schedule yours!
