As a Packer, you'll help ensure high-quality plastic products are inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment worldwide. Pay Frequency:

Weekly Shift:

Rotating 12-hour nights (8:00 PM-8:00 AM)

What You'll Do:

Inspect finished plastic products for defects, including cracks, deformities, and color inconsistencies Package plastic products according to company specifications using appropriate packaging materials Label packages accurately with product information and required warning labels Monitor production line efficiency and report packaging or production issues Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and assist with resolving issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Monitor packaging material inventory and notify supervisors when supplies are low Perform housekeeping duties and other assigned responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move materials as needed
