3S Hauling is a growing transportation and logistics company seeking a reliable and motivated Loader to support daily freight handling and warehouse operations. This position is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, physically capable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload freight, materials, and equipment from trucks and trailers Move, organize, and stack products safely within warehouse and loading areas Ensure cargo is properly secured to prevent damage during transportation Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and visible damage Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (forklift experience is preferred but not required) Follow all workplace safety regulations and company procedures Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Assist drivers, warehouse staff, and team members with daily operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials weighing up to 50-75 lbs Strong work ethic with attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in various weather and warehouse conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to collaborate effectively with a team Previous experience in loading, warehouse work, or general labor is helpful but not mandatory Willingness to take direction and follow safety practices at all times
