  • In this role, you'll work with items that require special care and attention.
This includes creating custom customer orders through a manufacturing process — such as assembling apparel, accessories, home goods, and printed items like books and posters. In some locations, you may also handle specialty items that require careful attention, such as aerosol sprays and similar products. This role is a great fit for candidates who take pride in quality and enjoy working with a variety of products.
  • Basic Job Requirements

Be 18 years or older 2. Understand and follow instructions in English 3. Lift up to 49 pounds 4. View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks 5. Stand and walk, as well as push, pull, squat, bend, and reach frequently during shifts 6. Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around 7. Go up and down stairs (where applicable) 8. Identify and resolve issues as they arise

Receive and put away specialty materials and inventory 2. Operate automated printing machines to create custom designs on products like t-shirts, books, drinkware, pop-sockets, smartphone cases, and more 3. Sort, fold, package, and apply labels to finished products 4. Scan product barcodes using handheld devices 5. Load packages onto trucks for delivery 6. Conduct quality checks to verify products meet safety and quality standards 7. Handle hazardous materials, such as aerosols, while following proper safety protocols 8. Some roles offer the opportunity to learn how to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT), such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.
