We're hiring a Warehouse Coordinator / Clerk to perform coordination and clerical support to production, warehousing and logistics activities for a company in Roselle specializing electrical components. 1st
Shift:
7:30am - 4:30pmPay:
$19 - $20 depending on experienceWarehouse Clerk Job Duties:
Performs data entry and verifies accuracy of product shipping/picking activities Forklift operations Contact Client services, Logistics Coordinator, on scheduling issues, shortages on orders, and communicates missed/late appointments from carriers (through Teams, e-mails, and Dock360 warehouse notes). Prepare documents such as Pick Tickets, sample shipments, customer BOL's, bills of lading and shipping orders to route product. Records inventory counts; responsible for recounting and recording any and all variances Assist in training LTO's on warehouse system management procedures. Actively participates in the company safety improvement process/activities, e.g., Hazard Identification, Safety Suggestions, Safety Teams, etc. Monitor and provide weekly report on warehouse supplies (e.g., trailer straps, air bags, logistic sticks, 2x4's, seals, pens, and paper supplies). Request exception shipping documentation as needed (customer BOL, Commercial invoices as needed).
