We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse and Production Associate to join our Roseville, Il. feed production team! In this vital role, you will be directly involved in warehouse and production operations, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of materials, inventory, and shipments. Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts to load, unload, stock, and transport materials safely and efficiently Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, stocking, packing, and materials handling while adhering to safety protocols and OSHA standards. Prepare orders for shipping by picking, packing, and verifying items according to order specifications; ensure proper labeling and documentation. Conduct shipping & receiving activities by loading/unloading trucks, verifying inbound/outbound shipments, and filing appropriate paperwork Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and production environment Assist with warehouse distribution processes and support warehouse supervisor in daily operations to optimize workflow. Assist with feed production operations by operating mixers, conveyors, scales, and bagging equipment. Experience Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as fork lifts, pallet jacks and hand carts Strong understanding of warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and logistics Prior warehouse experience demonstrating proficiency in stock management, materials handling, packaging, and order picking. Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and measurements accurately. Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse management best practices is a plus. Ability to stand and walk for 10 hour shifts, lift 60 pounds. Withstand seasonal weather conditions and dusty conditions. Ability to work solo and in a team environment that involves attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
