Join the Coffee Masters Team! Coffee Masters is a growing coffee manufacturer looking for a motivated, dependable, and hard-working Warehouse Production Associate to join our team. We are seeking someone who enjoys staying busy, likes variety in their workday, and is eager to learn new skills. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Production Associate, you'll work across multiple departments to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities may include:

Picking and packing customer orders accurately Shipping and receiving products Grinding, blending, and flavoring coffee Operating and monitoring packaging and production equipment Assembling gift packs and specialty orders Assisting with inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness Helping wherever needed throughout the warehouse and production facility Following food safety, quality, and safety procedures We're looking for someone who enjoys learning new skills and is comfortable taking on a variety of tasks. What We're Looking For Hard-working with a positive attitude Dependable and punctual Eager to learn and willing to take on new responsibilities Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Comfortable working in different departments as business needs change Team-oriented while also able to work independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Qualifications Must be able to speak and understand English Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Ability to stand and be on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required —we are willing to train the right candidate Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
