Responsibilities Assist with assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks across the production floor Operate basic tools and machinery with proper mechanical knowledge to support manufacturing processes Follow strict safety standards in production, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Conduct heavy lifting safely to move materials, equipment, or finished products as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency Support compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and safety Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors for prompt resolution Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or general labor roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous for operating tools and understanding machinery functions Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and safe lifting techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork, safety, and attention to detail Join us in this energetic role where your effort directly impacts our success!
