Job Description

The Warehouse Associate at Bone Roofing Supply is responsible for supporting the daily movement of materials through the warehouse, from receiving shipments to preparing orders for delivery or pickup. This role is critical to keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring products are handled accurately, stored properly, and delivered on time. Warehouse Responsibilities Unload incoming shipments, inspect materials, and verify quantities against purchase orders. Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for customer pickup and company deliveries. Load delivery trucks and customer vehicles, ensuring all materials are correct, secure, and ready for transport. Double-check outgoing orders for accuracy and proper securement prior to departure. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, yard, and work areas. Organize inventory, stock materials in designated locations, and report any discrepancies or damaged products. Complete pick tickets and fulfill order requests efficiently and accurately. Communicate with the sales team and respond promptly to requests from the sales floor. Rotate daily responsibilities, including loading and unloading duties, as assigned. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in a professional and helpful manner. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and responsibly. Assist with deliveries as needed, including unloading and staging materials at customer jobsites. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Safety Expectations Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times Wear required protective gear including harnesses, gloves, boots, and other PPE Work safely at heights and handle materials using proper techniques Comply with OSHA standards and company guidelines for equipment use and fall protection Qualifications & Physical Requirements Forklift experience or certification is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-moving warehouse environment. Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills. Spanish/English bilingual skills are highly valued. Commitment to safety with knowledge of OSHA guidelines. Ability to consistently lift 75-100 pounds. Why Join Us? Competitive pay, $20
