Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable order picker to support our continuously growing warehouse operations and contribute to timely order fulfillment. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while keeping inventory organized and properly managed. You'll work hands-on with industrial wire, lugs, heat shrink, and other electrical components, ensuring that orders ranging from small businesses to industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies are fulfilled efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment. Verify stock availability and double-check order accuracy. Kit and prepare components for cable production. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Conduct inventory counts and update stock records. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Assist with shipping documentation and order processing. Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily goals. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse, order picking, or fulfillment experience preferred. Exceptional experience with learning new part numbers and product characteristics. Strong attention to accuracy and detail. Ability to read and follow picking orders. Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs. and standing for extended periods. Reliable transportation and ability to work independently or in teams.
