• 3:30pm QPS Employment Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Laborer to support our client's Bindery Department in Zion, IL.

This role is responsible for assisting with the finishing processes of printed materials, ensuring high-quality production standards and timely completion of jobs.

General Labor Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist with bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, stitchers, laminators, and collators
• Assemble printed materials including booklets, brochures, manuals, and promotional items
• Perform manual tasks such as labeling, stapling, sorting, and bundling finished products
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Package and prepare completed jobs for shipment or delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow job tickets and instructions for production accuracy
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and moving inventory within the facility
• Support team members and supervisors with additional production tasks as needed Requirements for

General Labor:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or printing experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic mechanical aptitude is beneficial
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
