- Please note Glotel runs a weekly payroll which is 2 weeks in arrears. This means your first paycheck (one week of pay) will be received on the Friday of the third week. You will then be paid WEEKLY

Your expertise in forklift operation and warehouse management will help keep our operations running smoothly and on schedule. Responsibilities Operate various types of material handling equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo forklifts to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse. Safely load and unload shipments by following OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety protocols. Conduct inventory management activities such as barcode scanning for logistics, stock counting, and updating warehouse management systems accurately. Pick and prepare orders with precision using order pickers and ensure timely shipping & receiving processes. Perform routine equipment repairs or report maintenance needs to ensure all machinery operates safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by adhering to manual handling procedures and heavy lifting guidelines. Assist in warehouse distribution tasks including stacking pallets, organizing storage areas, and managing materials handling equipment operation. Skills Proven experience operating forklifts (including reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, Hi-Lo) with a strong focus on forklift safety protocols. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory control procedures. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following manual handling standards. Familiarity with shipping & receiving processes, load & unload procedures, and warehouse distribution practices. Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy. Experience with equipment repair or troubleshooting forklift and other material handling machinery is a plus. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards in production environments.
