Job Description

Company Overview:
Madison County beverage distributor seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Loader to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently and accurately pick products from designated storage areas using order sheets, maintaining a pick rate of 195-215 cases/hour. Build pallets and secure products for delivery (shrink wrap). Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks to move and transport products. Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or operational issues to the warehouse supervisor or manager. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that floor, aisles, storage areas, and loading docks are clear and free of obstructions. Collaborate with the warehouse team to prioritize orders and ensure timely completion of tasks to meet daily delivery schedules. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in warehouse operations is a plus. Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, preferred. Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and ability to operate them safely. Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 40 pounds) on a repetitive basis. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking/packing operations. Able to work a Monday-Friday, 9AM - Shift complete Schedule. Willing to work overtime as required. Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
