This role is required to be on-site at the Auburn, Indiana location
MAIN DUTIES
Operate lift trucks; must have a valid forklift license or be able to complete forklift training. Scan products in and out of the warehouse and maintain accurate inventory records. Assist with receiving clerk tasks and perform these duties as needed. Organize and maintain warehouse products for optimal workflow and accessibility. Handle hazardous materials safely according to company protocols. Lift and move items up to 70 lbs. as required. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the supervisor.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Valid forklift license or ability to successfully complete forklift training. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management. Ability to safely handle hazardous materials. Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 70 lbs).
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Warehouse environment with moderate noise and physical activity. Must follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or forklift experience preferred. Valid forklift certification/license or the ability to successfully complete company forklift training. Ability to accurately scan, track, and maintain inventory records. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to safely handle hazardous materials in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 70 lbs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with all company safety standards. Flexibility to perform a variety of warehouse and receiving duties as assigned. In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is19.28-26.47. Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
