Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting manufacturing operations by performing a variety of physical tasks that ensure smooth production flow. Your energy, attention to safety, and mechanical aptitude will contribute directly to maintaining a productive and safe work environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills and grow within a fast-paced industrial setting. Responsibilities Assist with the setup, assembly, and movement of materials and equipment on the production floor Perform heavy lifting tasks safely to transport raw materials, finished products, or equipment as needed Follow strict safety standards in production environments, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Support manufacturing processes by cleaning work areas, organizing supplies, and preparing materials for production runs Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools to ensure mechanical functionality and safety compliance Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines to maintain product quality and safety standards Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently while maintaining a safe workspace Requirements Mechanical knowledge or experience working with machinery is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus Knowledge of safety standards in production settings, including PPE use and hazard awareness Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts Join us in this energetic role where your contributions directly impact our operational success! Pay:
$11.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
