Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting a Warehouse Associate / Material Handler for an onsite opportunity in Clayton, IN. This position supports daily warehouse operations by safely moving, loading, unloading, picking, packing, and organizing materials in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities The Warehouse Associate / Material Handler will be responsible for, but not limited to: Loading and unloading materials within the warehouse or storage facility Picking, packing, scanning, kitting, and counting products Operating material handling equipment safely and efficiently Using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in accordance with the 7S program Following all company safety policies and procedures Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Requirements Experience operating material handling equipment Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of warehouse experience Experience using handheld barcode scanners High school diploma or GED Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexibility to work overtime as needed Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights Ability to use hands and fingers to handle tools and equipment Ability to work in hot or cold warehouse environments Work Schedule & Details Climate Controlled Option# 1 Monday

Pay Details:
