Warehouse Operator

1. Responsible for daily warehouse operations including goods receiving, outbound delivery, sorting, packing, loading and unloading. Follow standard warehouse operating procedures to ensure smooth and efficient inventory turnover. 2. Conduct regular stocktaking, goods classification and shelf arrangement. Verify inventory data regularly to ensure accurate stock records, prevent inventory errors, shortages and overstock issues, and guarantee consistency between system data and physical stock. 3. Operate forklifts skillfully for cargo handling, stacking, loading and unloading tasks. Perform daily equipment inspection, cleaning and basic maintenance to ensure safe and normal operation of forklift equipment. 4. Use PDA scanning devices to complete barcode scanning for goods receiving, stock putaway, order picking, stock transfer and outbound procedures, and update warehouse inventory information in real time. 5. Proficient in computer operation and WMS (Warehouse Management System). Complete data entry, information update, data verification and account sorting regularly to ensure all warehouse system data is accurate, complete and synchronized. 6. Assist in short-distance cargo transportation and material transfer with company vehicles if needed, complete goods handover and quantity checking carefully. 7. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and tidy goods placement. Comply with warehouse safety management rules and fire safety regulations, and complete other warehouse-related tasks assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements 1. Minimum high school education requirement. Minimum 3 years of hands-on warehouse working experience, familiar with standard warehouse workflows including loading/unloading and stocktaking. 2. Skilled in forklift operation with solid practical experience. Familiar with forklift safety operation rules and daily maintenance. Forklift license is preferred. 3. Proficient in computer skills, WMS system operation and PDA barcode scanning. Able to independently complete system data entry, stock checking and document sorting. 4. Prior experience in truck driving and short-distance delivery is a plus. 5. Able to handle physical warehouse work. Hardworking, careful, responsible, obedient to management and good at team cooperation. 6. Good health with no bad working records, able to adapt to warehouse working environment and working schedule.

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
