Competitive, based on experience Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Whether you have previous warehouse experience or are looking to build on your skills, we are interested in candidates who are reliable, motivated, and eager to contribute to a productive team. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials and products Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Move inventory throughout the warehouse using material handling equipment as needed Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts Label, organize, and stock products in designated storage locations Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Follow established safety procedures and company policies Assist team members with other warehouse duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Ability to regularly lift and move 30-50 pounds throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, distribution, production, or manufacturing experience Forklift experience or certification (training may be provided) Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or inventory software Basic computer skills What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Commitment to workplace safety Dependability and accountability Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
