Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM Job Purpose The Material Handler / Inventory Picker / Receiver is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, picking, issuing, and transporting materials throughout the facility to support production and shipping operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring materials are available when needed, and supporting a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders. Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies. Unload and transport materials to designated storage locations. Accurately pick and issue materials for production orders. Stage materials for production and shipping activities. Maintain accurate inventory transactions and records. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory counts. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely. Load and unload trucks as needed. Organize warehouse inventory and maintain proper material identification. Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or replenishment needs. Keep warehouse, receiving, and material storage areas clean and organized. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety policies, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). Comply with all company policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge / Skills

High School Diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse, inventory, receiving, or material handling experience preferred. Forklift experience preferred; certification a plus. Basic computer and inventory system knowledge. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Commitment to workplace safety and company values. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment. Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
