POSITION INFO
Safely operate powered industrial vehicles and material handling equipment to move raw materials, supplies, work-in-process, finished goods, scrap, and other materials to provide proper workflow for molding machines, fulfillment specialists, and other internal customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Move and supply materials (pallets, boxes, product, ect.) to team members as needed. Remove finished good and work-in-process materials from machines or packaging stations and move to designated holding areas. Perform the stretch wrapping operation and put-away process for all finished good products in warehouse staging area, or load in truck. Inspect and unload raw materials from bulk trucks or other containers into silos. Ensure that the material hoppers are clean and able to switch material lines for all molding machines. Mark material containers with proper identification (type, style, number, etc.), for movement or disposition. Accurately weigh/count and provide documentation for scrap and WIP information. Perform minor maintenance and repairs to hopper loading systems, central grinding system, silos, surge bins, press-side grinders, and write work orders as needed. Scan pallet labels to update FGPS with FG Production Reports all safety hazards, unsafe working conditions, accidents, or other problems to supervision. Knowledge of IQ system. Any job-related duties as assigned by your team leader.
EXPERIENCE
Powered Industrial Vehicle license (training available upon request)
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED preferred
TRAINING AND SKILLS
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to use scanner guns, radio, and other technologies
