Distribution / Warehouse Operations Job Summary Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Yard Driver / Warehouse Associate in Leesburg, Indiana. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse and yard operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, material handling, and order fulfillment. This is a hands-on opportunity within a fast-paced warehouse environment offering stability, growth potential, and long-term opportunity for reliable team members. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate sit-down forklift equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments Pull, stage, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup Stock inventory and maintain proper product placement throughout the warehouse Process shipments using small package and LTL carriers Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy Assist with inventory counts and inventory control procedures Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard areas Utilize shipping and inventory management software to process orders Support shipping and receiving operations as needed Serve as a backup delivery driver when required Work outdoors in varying weather conditions as part of yard responsibilities Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies Perform additional warehouse and yard duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving experience preferred Previous sit-down forklift experience required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments Basic computer and data entry skills required Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical work environment Reliable transportation and strong attendance history required Valid driver's license preferred for backup delivery responsibilities Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Peoplelink Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
