Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Assemble wood framing components, including wall panels, floor trusses, and roof trusses, ensuring precision and quality Read and interpret blueprints to accurately measure and cut lumber for various construction projects Operate tools such as nail guns and saws safely and efficiently to maintain a smooth workflow Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and ensure the timely delivery of framing components Inspect completed work for accuracy and adherence to project specifications, making adjustments as needed Follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing priorities to support the team in achieving its objectives

Qualifications:

Experience in carpentry or wood framing, with a focus on precision and quality. Ability to read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate measurements and cuts.
