This is a full-time career - not a temporary job. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, 30-minute lunch, 8 paid holidays, vacation/personal/sick days. $18.00 /hr. starting pay. Must be dependable! This is not just a pick-&-pull job. This position requires 100% correct packing systems and assembling specialty systems using different components.

Requirements:

• Operate Forklift
• Repetitive ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs. The average full case of product weighs 30 lbs. Move products using tools such as a pallet jack, dolly, or cart.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Good handwriting (forms, notes, reports)
• Willingness to help, ability to follow directions.
• Report to Production Manager and Managing Owner.
• Customer service skills
• Must have dependable vehicle and current license.
• Time management, ability to multitask at any time. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Receive product. This may include using a forklift. Includes paperwork.
• Pack orders and box specialty systems. Shelve cartons or pallet/wrap/band order on a pallet.
• Generate shipping carton labels for some orders.
• Always maintain inventory count.
• Refill shipping carton areas for use.
• Ensure orders are shipped on time. May need forklift.
• Work with the Production Mgr. to maintain stock.
• Keep the warehouse safe and clean.
• Some light building and property maintenance - no mowing.
• Filling out forms each time - documentation.
