Guided by Christian values, we are committed to exceptional, personalized service. Role Description We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Milan Center Feed and Grain. This on-site position involves a variety of warehouse tasks essential to our operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Verify and check in loads of grain, ensuring they are placed in their correct locations. Assist customers by hand loading their orders of grain accurately into their vehicles. Mix and bag birdseed blends. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.

Qualifications:

Ability to read invoices and accurately load feed bags according to the invoice details. Strong communication skills. Attention to detail and organizational abilities. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Reliable transportation. Adherence to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures. Willingness to work as a team player within a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Forklift operation experience is a plus; certification training available. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
