General labor We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. The General Laborer will perform a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations, including loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, operating basic tools and equipment, and assisting skilled workers as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, and supplies. Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties in work areas. Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery as trained. Assist with assembly, production, packaging, or construction tasks. Follow safety policies and procedures at all times. Inspect materials and equipment for quality and safety concerns. Maintain an organized and efficient work environment. Support team members and supervisors with assigned projects. Report equipment malfunctions, hazards, or safety incidents promptly. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or construction experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Basic understanding of workplace safety practices. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, if applicable. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
