Full-Time About intimus International North America intimus International North America is a leading provider of information security and data destruction solutions. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are accurately received, prepared, and shipped to customers while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Position Summary The Logistics & Warehouse Associate will be responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate has previous shipping or warehouse experience, strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and customer service. Key Responsibilities Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time. Receive incoming shipments and verify product quantities and condition. Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts. Operate shipping software and warehouse management systems. Create and process shipping labels, bills of lading, and related documentation. Enter orders into the operating system (Epicor). Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, and internal departments. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with loading and unloading shipments. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines. Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Previous experience in a shipping, warehouse, or logistics environment. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Preferred Experience with inventory management or warehouse management systems. Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment. Experience working with parcel and freight shipping carriers. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
