Westfield, IN Job Details Full-time From $17 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications High school diploma or GED Manufacturing facility experience Driver's License Organizational skills Manufacturing Full Job Description Position Summary ETI FAB is hiring a Delivery Driver & General Laborer to support daily pickups and deliveries while also assisting with material handling and general plant operations. This is a hands-on role for someone dependable, safety-minded, and willing to help where needed in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicle(s) to complete scheduled and as-needed pickups and deliveries in support of ETI FAB operations. Transport materials, parts, products, supplies, and other business-related items between ETI Network of Companies locations, vendors, customers, and other designated locations. May assist with loading, unloading, and securing materials or products before and after company pickups and deliveries, as needed. Verify items being picked up or delivered against applicable documentation and report discrepancies, damage, delays, or other concerns. Maintain company vehicle(s) in a clean and orderly condition and report maintenance, safety, or operational concerns to management. Assist with loading, unloading, moving, or staging materials, products, and work-in-process to support plant operations. Operate tools, machinery, and equipment as needed and within the employee's training and authorization. Follow all applicable traffic laws, company driving requirements, safety procedures, and plant safety policies. Complete required job-related documentation accurately. Participate in training and development activities to expand skills and support additional job assignments as business needs require. Qualifications & Skills Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the requirements of the Company's insurance carrier. Previous experience in driving, manufacturing, material handling, construction, or general labor preferred, but not required. Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently while also supporting the team. Comfortable performing hands-on work, including material handling and working around tools, machinery, and manufacturing equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions, verify materials, and complete basic job-related documentation accurately. Good communication and organizational skills with a willingness to assist in different areas based on business needs. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and manufacturing processes. Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and handle or move materials throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
