PM Description:
Main Purpose of the Role Working under general supervision, this role is actively involved in material movements in a warehouse environment. Duties may include loading trailers, unloading trailers, processing receiving and put away, cycle counting, de-crating, picking KTE carts, and may use material handling equipment such as forklifts and stretch wrappers. Main Responsibilities Understands material movement/inventory levels and completes timely processing of assigned tasks. Performs material movements both physically and systematically conducted within a controlled environment where ESD controls may exist. Processes stock transfers, material requests and put-away. Loads and/or unloads trucks as required. May operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or other equipment with appropriate training and/or certification. May assist and train associates with on the job training. Understands and uses the ERP system for material management activity. Utilizes root cause analysis to research material movement and resolve discrepancies. Performs cycle counting Participates in continuous improvement initiatives which include warehouse material flow systems and procedures Seeks efficiency in system and process gaps and elevates awareness to management Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration. Promotes a positive work environment. Participate in on-the-job training for warehouse and manufacturing processes, corporate policies, safety procedures, GMP, ISO Standards as defined by supervisor. Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOP's, equipment, policies and procedures, including any department specific requirements. Serves on safety, quality and other committees, if applicable. Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes and task assignments. Why TalentBurst?
