Warehouse Associate

Position Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily distribution center operations within an apparel environment. This role involves handling, processing, and moving merchandise such as clothing, accessories, and footwear while maintaining accuracy, quality, and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory Ensure correct items, sizes, and quantities are selected Packing & Shipping Prepare and package orders to meet company and client standards Apply shipping labels and verify order details Stage completed orders for outbound shipment General Warehouse Duties Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Support cross-training across departments (pick, pack, sort, returns, etc.) Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred (apparel experience a plus) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer or RF scanner experience preferred Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (8-12 hour shifts) Lift, push, or pull up to 25-50 lbs Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Work Environment Warehouse/distribution center setting handling clothing and apparel products Climate may vary (non-climate controlled in some facilities) May require overtime, weekends, or peak-season shifts

Pay:

$16.50 - $18.00 per hour
