4:30pm-3:00am Sunday-Wednesday Seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced team focused on returns inspection and inventory accuracy. This hands-on role is perfect for candidates who enjoy staying organized, working independently, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Great opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience looking to grow their skills in inventory control, inspections, and forklift operations in a supportive team environment. This is an associate to hire role in Lenexa, KS. Warehouse Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Inspect returned items for damage, defects, or discrepancies
- Accurately document findings and update return records in the computer system
- Process returns transactions and ensure proper handling of damaged or defective goods
- Move and organize returned products as needed (up to 50 pounds)
- Operate a forklift occasionally (minimal usage)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Warehouse Associate Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may vary in temperature
- Capable of performing repetitive motions and maintaining focus during detailed inspections
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Sit down/Reach Truck forklift experience preferred but will train
- Basic computer proficiency (data entry, email, inventory systems)
- Prior warehouse or inspection experience preferred
