About the Role As a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in our logistics operations by ensuring that customer orders are accurately prepared and ready for timely distribution. You will utilize your attention to detail and physical stamina to manage inventory flow, ensuring that building materials are handled with care and precision to meet our high service standards. Responsibilities Execute accurate order picking and staging based on customer pick tickets to drive fulfillment efficiency. Prepare and organize millwork and building materials to ensure they are shipment-ready. Safely operate industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to streamline material movement. Perform final verification of outgoing shipments against delivery documentation to guarantee order accuracy. Optimize warehouse storage by systematically stocking and arranging inventory in designated zones. Collaborate with the logistics team to load delivery vehicles efficiently and maintain a steady workflow. Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization to foster a productive environment. Qualifications Required Skills Proven ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy or awkward items up to 50-100 lbs with assistance. Strong physical stamina with the ability to remain active throughout the shift. Demonstrated reliability and the capacity to work effectively with minimal supervision. Preferred Skills Prior experience in warehouse operations, order picking, or general material handling. Active forklift certification or hands-on experience operating heavy warehouse machinery. Familiarity with inventory management processes and safety protocols.
