Position Summary… What you'll do…

Key Responsibilities:
+ Complete work assignments by utilizing company policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identifying priorities and deadlines; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; and recommending improvements. Adapt to change, overcome difficulties, and learn from feedback. + Manage freight flow by moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, lift pacers); identifying, counting, separating, combining, and scanning freight; using warehouse management systems, terminal scales, and scanners; and maintaining accurate records and logs. + Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy in daily business practices. + Keep work areas organized and maintain freight flow by stacking and moving empty pallets using manual or powered equipment. + Monitor freight to ensure cold chain and species compliance.Core Skills & Tools:
