What You'll Do Load and unload windows, doors, and millwork products Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately Verify shipments and inspect products for damage Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment Maintain organized inventory and a clean warehouse Assist with deliveries and product placement as needed Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and dependability Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Ability to frequently lift, move, and carry heavy materials Forklift experience or certification preferred Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order picking experience preferred Experience reading delivery paperwork preferred Pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
