In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse functions, including order fulfillment, inventory management, purchasing, and shipping & receiving. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and logistics processes while working in a collaborative environment that values your contributions. Responsibilities Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders. Operate pallet jacks to move stock within the warehouse. Must be able to lift at least 30lbs and stand at shipping computer at various times throughout the day. Assist with shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments, processing inbound and outbound freight, and maintaining detailed records. Manage inventory levels through stocking, replenishment, and cycle counts using proprietary warehouse management system. Support warehouse distribution operations by organizing stock in designated areas and ensuring proper packaging for shipment. Purchasing and Inventory Control responsibilities Various tasks such as Quality Control Checks, radio programming Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols and company standards at all times. Skills Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes. Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and shelving ladders confidently and safely. Must be proficient in English and able to read incoming product orders. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (ie: Quickbooks). Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and inventory control techniques. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment and stock management. Basic math skills for counting items, calculating weights, and verifying shipments accurately. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and coordinate tasks efficiently. $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
