As a Blend/Deburr Operator, you will prepare metal parts for fabrication and welding by removing burrs, smoothing edges, and ensuring components meet quality standards. This is a physical, fast-paced manufacturing position with opportunities to learn new skills and grow your experience in the metal fabrication industry. Requirements for the Blend/Deburr Operator Previous manufacturing, grinding, deburring, fabrication, or metal finishing experience preferred Willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic Ability to safely operate grinders, hand tools, and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work overtime when production demands require it Blend/Deburr Operator Responsibilities Operate grinders and other hand tools to remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from metal components Blend and smooth metal surfaces to meet customer and quality specifications Inspect finished parts for defects, imperfections, and quality concerns Prepare materials for the next stage of fabrication, welding, or assembly Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding production needs Support other departments and assist with additional manufacturing and production tasks as needed Perform other duties as assigned to meet production goals and operational requirements If you're looking for a long-term manufacturing opportunity with overtime potential and the chance to build valuable fabrication skills, we encourage you to apply today!
