Job Description

Job Summary:
GPI is looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented associate to join our success-driven warehouse team. This role is directly responsible for supporting production line operations by receiving and stocking inbound material, fulfilling orders, replenishing production Kanban, participating in cycle counts, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Team members are cross trained to perform tasks across all warehouse functions, including Lineserving, Waterstriding, and Receiving.
Job Details:
Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of all parts required for product manufacturing by completing tasks with zero errors and within designated timeframes. Maintain inventory accuracy within the ERP system (Computer/Handheld) by consistently following established procedures and best practices. Participate in the daily cycle count schedule and ensure all counts are completed accurately and in accordance with established quality standards. Collaborate effectively with all warehouse team members- Including Lineserving, Waterstriding, and Receiving- to ensure the successful completion of daily tasks. Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, as well as WAV (Work Assist Vehicle), in accordance with facility safety guidelines and training. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with company safety and housekeeping standards. Job Qualifications:
Required High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 18 years of age. Experience operating forklifts safely and precisely. Experience using an ERP system for warehouse functions. Strong ability to work independently while contributing to team success. Basic math skills to ensure accurate inventory counting. Professional and courteous communication with team members and leadership. High level of accountability and self-motivation Preferred 5+ years of experience in a similar warehouse environment. Technical training from an accredited institution. Advanced proficiency operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Job Requirements:
Physical:
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly. Must be able to stand on a concrete floor for 10+ hours per day. Required to wear steel-toe safety shoes, safety glasses, and other PPE as needed for specific tasks. Ability to safely reach overhead, stretch, bend, and lift products from both standing and kneeling positions. Must be able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment, including during high summer temperatures. Tools /
