• position supports industrial farm operations and large‑scale agricultural facilities by performing hands‑on labor, equipment support, and digestor‑tank cleaning. Ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, variety, and traveling to different project sites.
• Responsibilities
• + •Digestor tank cleaning•including wash‑downs, debris removal, and confined‑space support + Perform general labor tasks such as shoveling, sweeping, pressure washing, and material handling + Assist with •maintenance tasks•on industrial farm equipment and facility systems + Set up pumps, hoses, ventilation, and temporary equipment + Support construction‑related tasks as needed (cleanup, demolition assistance, moving materials) + Follow all safety procedures, including confined‑space entry, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements + Travel to project sites for multi‑day or multi‑week assignments + Complete additional labor duties as directed by project supervisors •Skills & Qualifications•+ Experience in •industrial labor•, •farm operations•, •construction•, or •tank cleaning•preferred + Ability to lift 50-75 lbs, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks + Willingness to travel frequently and work outdoors in varying conditions + Strong reliability, work ethic, and attention to detail + Ability to learn and operate pumps, pressure washers, and basic industrial equipment + Valid driver's license required + Confined‑space or OSHA certifications a plus •Pay & Schedule•+ •$25-$30/hr•depending on experience + Overtime available on most projects + All travel expenses covered (hotel, mileage, per diem) •Job Type & Location•This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
