Seasonal Warehouse Fulfillment Associate PT Job Summary The Warehouse Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customers receive the correct products on time. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Verify product quantities and quality before shipment Label packages and prepare shipping documentation as required Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory Stock shelves and maintain proper inventory placement Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (forklift if certified) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards Communicate issues or discrepancies to warehouse leadership Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience a plus (not required) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math and counting skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs as required Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Schedule & Employment Type Part-Time positions available Flexible scheduling may be available, including evenings or weekends Overtime may be required during peak periods What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Opportunities for growth and advancement Training provided Supportive team environment Benefits available for eligible full-time employees The pay range for this role is: 12 - 13 USD per hour (On-Site) Apply now Operations Bowling Green, KY Share on: Apply now
